Implemented Cache Showcase Item Cover Image data

As per title, add a BLOB field 'cover_image_cache' to the xf_nflj_showcase_item table to store a cached version of the showcase item cover image data.

This has been implemented in SC 2.6.3

This reduces a massive amount of DB queries throughout the addon due to no longer needing to fetch attachments just for the sole purpose of displaying a Cover Image outside of the Showcase Itme page (listings, in a sidebar block, search result etc).
