Implemented Automatically feature Showcase Items based on ACP criteria

    Within ACP, at /admin.php?showcase-options/ , please add functionality to define a criteria for which Showcase Items are automatically Featured....

    There is a Cron Entry that runs every hour at 55 minutes past the hour that will process the auto feature items function.

    Note: The Auto Unfeature process runs once per day as part of the "Showcase: daily cleanup" Cron Entry.
