Implemented Article categories >> Add... Sibling (clone settings) Child (clone settings)

As per title, I've added a couple new "Add..." types to choose from when creating new categories in AMS (these will clone the settings of the category that you are creating a sibling category or child category from).

• Sibling (clone settings)
• Child (clone settings)

When choosing the (clone settings) option, the Add category form will have various settings from the cloned category, pre set for you.

Note: Not every single category setting is going to be filled in, only things that would be applicable to be "copied". Fields like Title, Description, Category content term, Category content image, Category content title and Category content are NOT copied (as those should be unique to each category).
