Hello, every time my AMS page loads, it appears the featured images have to reload as well. There seems to be no caching taking effect. Is this something that can be changed / resolved in some way?

XF 2.3 improves on this, but you might consider Cloudflare in the meantime as they have some really nice image caching features.

Other than that, you might consider not allowing members to upload LARGE images when you are using Layout Types Grid View, Tile View,Article View and Grid Block as those layout types use the full size image, not an attachment thumbnail.

Also, in the meantime, consider using List View on Index/category pages as List View layout type uses the attachment thumbnail.
