Updated All Action Buttons now display on all Article/Series Tabs/Pages

As per title, all of the action buttons [Leave a rating], [Add page], [Add to series] etc etc. now display on all Tabs/Pages of an Article/Series, this way, when viewing the Gallery, the [Leave a rating] action button is available without having to navigate back to the Article Overview Tab or Reviews Tab.
