Updated Add logging of setting "Accept offers", "Amount available" and "Amount sold" to Edit Logging for Ads

As per title....

I've added 3 additional logging types for editing Ads and Items.

Enabling/Disabling of "Accept offers" is now logged for both Ads and Items.

Setting "Amount available" and "Amount sold" is now logged for both Ads and Items.

3 new Phrases have been added for use in the Edit Logs overlay.
