Implemented Add Layout Type option to More from [author name]" and "More in [category name]"

Add Layout Type option to More from [author name]" and "More in [category name]" to control the Ad display type when setting the display location to below ad details.

This option is available in other addons like AMS and LD.

This has been implemented in CAS 2.3.11 (funded by an anonymous CAS Premium license holder)

I've implemented this in the same basic way as other addons of mine with similar options.

There are two new options that allow you to set the Layout type for each block

Note: These only work when choosing the display location "Below ad details".
