Ability to set tab's content as required

    Hi Bob,

    When I'm at admin.php?showcase-category/x/edit, under the "Tab 1-5 Options" there should be a checkbox like "Enable Editor" labeled "Required" so people couldn't save an item without filling the editor first.

    That is what the "Min Message Length" setting does. Setting the "Min Message Length" to anything above 0 will make that tabs message field REQUIRED. Setting it to 0 makes it optional (which comes in handy for tabs with only custom fields).
