Not Planned [XF1] showcase post update automatic info

    add what fields (and custom fields) are changed in the post update

    in some cases like classifieds, courses, mod cars projects, etc I think can be very useful and auto-informative

    with per category permissions
    user group permissions to override it
    a time window where the post update is not sent

    p.s. asap I upgrade to xf 1.5 I will definitely get at least one ShowCase license :D
