Implemented XenPorta Blocks for Showcase 1.3.0

Marking as under development as XenPorta has not been updated to work with xf 1.2. Will finalize all XenPorta blocks once a new release of XenPorta that works with xf 1.2.0 becomes available.

NOTE: This includes the new Display Thumb option for blocks with items in "List View"

Seems like XenPorta (1.5.9) works well enough on xf 1.2.0 RC 1 that I can start modifying the blocks for SC 1.3.0.

ok, so this won't be an issue (unless Jaxel makes some drastic changes). I should have all of these done in a few hours (barring disruption that is). All the new blocks will have the ability to choose specific categories to pull from as well as whether to display the thumbnail or not.

All the current XenPorta Blocks have been updated to work with the new architecture in Showcase 1.3.0.

The left and right hand sidebar column blocks have also been enhance to include the ability to choose which Categories the items are pulled from as well as whether or not to display a thumbnail on the listing or just text.

The middle column Showcase Images block has been completely overhauled. It now matches the Forum Home Node List Items block (which is a fully responsive slider). The same options available for the Forum Home Block are available for this enhanced XenPorta block.
