Implemented Widget positions - AMS category: Above articles, AMS index: Above articles and AMS series index: Abo

    I've added 3 new Widget positions to AMS. These allow you to add Widgets above the Articles Lists on AMS Index and Category pages and above the Series list on the Series Index page.
