Updated Widget Definition: AMS: Latest series - exclude featured series

As per title, I've updated the AMS: Latest series Widget Definition to add a new option to exclude featured series. This comes in handy for use cases where you have both a "Featured series" Widget and a "Latest series" widget on the same page and do not want duplicate content being displayed in both widgets.
