Updated Widget Definition: AMS: Latest articles - exclude featured articles

As per title, I've updated the AMS: Latest articles Widget Definition to add a new option to exclude featured articles. This comes in handy for use cases where you have both a "Featured articles" Widget and a "Latest articles" widget on the same page and do not want duplicate content being displayed in both.
