The 3 optional inputs in that screen shot will ALL help SEO. Keep in mind, adding the same TEXT to them won't help any, but adding different text in say the OG Title or Meta Title that is different than the Title, definitely will help with SEO and Social Media sites like Facecrack and Twitterville
