There are ERROR messages that refer to Tabs 1 through 5 editors... eg "Tab 1 Message required", so at the base of the Tabs 1-5 editors, is the term "Tab # message...". The function that throws the errors only knows that its the message_tab1 field or message_tab2 field etc (it has not clue that Category B named Tab 1 "General Description".
You can EDIT the create/edit forms and remove those, however, when your users get error messages pointing them to specific editors on the form that are otherwise NOT labeled, they won't know which one the error message applies to.
