Updated Style property to hide Article Authors and Article Dates elements on certain layout types

I've updated style properties for List View layout, Grid View layout, Article View layout, Featured Articles Carousel and Latest Article Carousel to include two new elements that can be enabled/disabled, Article authors and Article dates.
