Reason why it should be added:
Some bets can be on outcomes of game which the current settle bet system works. Adding a way to settle a bet before the close date would be great if users are betting on stats (i.e. on a bet "I think that Brady will throw 10 touchdowns before any other QB will"). If we set the close date to the end of the season then users will have to wait the entire season for the bet. It would be a nice option that once "Brady has thrown for 10 touchdowns" happens, there is an option for the two users to settle the bet.
