Updated Search sportsbook has been updated

As per title, I've made some modifications/updates to the Search sportsbook feature for Sportsbook 2.0.

There is now only 1 search tab (Search sportsbook) vs 3 search tabs (Search sportsbook bets, Search sportsbook events, Search sportsbook comments).

The Search sportsbook form now includes 2 additional options (which are checked by default):

• Include member bets
• Include comments

Note: This works in conjunction with Prefixes and Categories, so Member Bets that are not associated with a Sportsbook Event will not be included in the results if you are filtering the results by an Event Prefix or Event Category.
