Does that review even exist? When I look at your site, the stats say 3 reviews, yet only 1 showcase item even displays a review tab. When you have time, can you inbox me an admin UN/PW so that I can login and see what the items look like with full permissions (I can't even view the review tab as a guest). Did Chris ever fix that conflict with the review_count field in the xf_user table? That might be the problem still.
