Implemented Responsive Slider layout for Modular Blocks

Here is a sneak peek at the new layout for the 5 Modular Item Blocks (1 Forum Home, 4 Showcase Home). These are fully responsive sliders and save a TON of space (especially on the Showcase Home when using the Modular layout and have all four modules enabled with many items).

This example is the Forum Home Node List Items Module.
