As per title, I've added the ability to reassign replies to transactions.
This is a permissions based Ad Owner, Team Member, Moderator feature.
Moderators with permission to edit any transaction are able to reassign transaction replies.
Ad owners and Team Members with permission to Manage their own Transactions, are able to reassign transaction replies.
Here you can see that the viewing user has permissions to reassign transaction replies...
Clicking on the link launches an overlay in which you simply type the username of the member that you want to reassign the reply to..
Note: You can only reassign transaction replies to a member that is either the Transaction Customer or a Team Member for the Classified Ad!
