As per title, I've added the ability to reassign questions and replies to questions. This brings Link Directory up to the same standards as other addons of mine that have Q&A as well as FAQs (CAS, EMS, IMS and RMS)
This is a permissions based Moderator feature.
If the viewing user is a LD Moderator and has the above permission, they will see a control link titled "Reassign".
Note: Currently FAQ's are not able to be reassigned. This will be changing in the XF 2.4 versions of my addons that have FAQs
Clicking on the "Reassign" link will launch the standard Reassign overlay for the specific content type.
