Implemented Push Outcome functionality in the event of ties

Here are a few screen shots to show the new "PUSH" functionality that I implemented today.
This first screen shot shows the "Settle" Overlay. Not much has changed here, except the new addition of being able to check Push for each individual outcome. To PUSH an outcome, you simply select the Push checkbox for each outcome you want to Push (you don't have to also check the outcome itself see NOTE below)
NOTE: You CAN (functionally) check both Pay and Push, however, PUSH is processed first. Once an outcome is processed, it can't be processed again, so nothing will happen for that outcome during the PAY process if you accidentally have both selected. I put the PUSH on the end and in () for a reason (so its beyond obvious that the push check box is different from the pay check box). I may even color them red or yellow so they stand out even more.
NOTE 2: For those of you that don't know what a PUSH is, its is an old school betting term that is used in the advent of a TIE between the Bettor and the Bookie. When a PUSH occurs, the Bookie returns the Stake to the Bettor.
This is a screen shot of the Event page after the above overlay was processed. You can see that the outcomes that were processed as a PUSH are now identified (just like the ones that Paid Out ).
This is a shot of the Outcome Overlay which can be triggered from numerous spots throughout sportsbook and XenForo. You can see that I've added Push after Settled to let people know that this outcome resulted in a push. You can also see that for each wager, it will also say push and stake returned.
This is the more detailed Outcomes page and you can see the difference now between Won, Push and Lost
This is a screen shot of the "Your Wagers" page. You can see that there is a new Filter called "Push" in which you can display all your wagers that resulted in a PUSH. I also added PUSH Stats (as seen in the sidebar below)

I think it turned out nice. It was a much needed bit of missing basic betting functionality.
