That is the phrase that the new Featured Content Handler uses for content types that implement a Featured Content Handler.
Could be that I missed updating something for Featured Series in Showcase. Either way, that phrase is supposed to be there.
I did keep the legacy mod log phrases for the old featured system in place and those are targeted for removal in the XF 3.0 version of all of my addons.
