Fixed Private Status not displaying on Blog Entry Lists

As per title, when viewing Blog Entry Lists, if a Blog Entry is Private (or in a Blog that is Private) and the viewing user has permission to view them, the [Private] status and Private Icon are not being displayed.

This has been resolved in UBS 2.2.28.
