Is there a running site anywhere?
Maybe one with the soccer WM?

Can we export/import a liga and the plan for a season?

Is here someone that want to share the WM?

Can users care for these data or only the admin in his ACP?

Are there translations? I have seen german and french for 1.4x.

For shure there are some people around in europe who would like to have european soccer; but for this there has to be a central server with the "national ligas" every year and the results every sa/so (normally). The solution we had, seems finally to be gone ... (xf_soccer)

There are 100's of license holders, however, I don't give out their site information. if one of them wants to respond to this post or privately, that is up to them. I personally don't have anything to show you because I just upgraded my site to XF2 and I am not finished with the XF2 version of Pickem yet. There are screen shots of Pickem in the Resource that can give you an idea of what it looks like.

No.

Can users care for these data or only the admin in his ACP?

All administration is handled in the Admin CP. XenForo is designed so that you can give users access to the Admin CP and assign them permissions to only access areas that you want. Pickem has its own Admin Permission for this purpose.

I don't provide translations and most xenforo users don't offer them.

This addon is not similar to xf_soccer. I think you would probably be better off hiring someone to develop you a similar addon to xf_soccer.

You have to manually add the data, there is no function for importing data from an external source.

You are wanting an addon that is similar to xf_soccer, which would be built around a specific API (Soccer League data), which in turn would be be used as the data source to import all of the league data for a particular season that is required for the addon to work.
