As per title, Pickem 2.2.3 is all about the Core XF Asset Uploader for Sport logos and Team logos. This is/was necessary so that Pickem is XF Cloud compliant (as XF Cloud customers do not have FTP access, so the only way they can manage Sport logos and Team logos would be via the Asset Uploader, which is now the only way to manage logos in Pickem).
Assets are stored in folders within the /data/assets/addon_asset_key/ directory path. This is standardized and is part of the Asset Uploader.
Pickem Assets will be stored in the following asset paths:
Sport Logos: You will need to edit each Sport and upload the sport logo via the asset manager (so that the logo is uploaded to the asset directory). You simply click on the asset upload icon in the logo input, select the logo and hit save. Takes only seconds to do.
Team Logos: The same as you just did for Sport Logos, but for Teams. You will need to edit each Team and upload the Team Logo via the asset manager (so that the logo is uploaded to the correct asset directory). You simply click on the asset upload icon in the logo input, select the logo and hit save. Took me less than 10 minutes to update team logos for Four Sports (NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB).
This is very simple to do and is required in order for this addon to be considered XF Cloud Ready.
I've already implemented asset uploading for all my other addons, AMS, CAS, IMS, LD, Power Rankings, RMS, Showcase, Sportsbook, PRS, UBS, WLT etc etc etc Pickem is my last addon that I needed to implement asset uploading for.
