With XF 2.2 taking longer than anticipated, I am going to move some of the features I've implemented for AMS 2.2 into AMS 2.1.x (starting with AMS 2.1.13).
As per title, I've added a page option (this is a per page opt in option) which allows you to display the Page Byline line (Page Author (either the username or author name), Create Date and Last Update) below the Page Title. As noted in the option explain, this should only be used in cases where the Page Author is different from the Article Author.
Here you can see the Page Byline displayed below the Page Title
The page byline will display on both the Page itself (as seen above) and the full page article (as shown below).
