Implemented Option to enable/disable Author Rating per Category

I AM going to be adding more OPTIONS so that the "Author Rating" can be disabled for those that don't want to use it (it won't be on the ITEM input form).

I would like to have the option to turn it this off.

This has been implemented.

There is a new option in the Category Management Basic Information Tab named "Allow Author Rating". This option does exactly what its name implies, when enabled, it allows Item Authors to set an Author Rating (which is completely seperate from User Reveiws). When disabled, the create/edit form will not have the option to set an Author Rating.
