New reviews to topic thread

is anyway, how can i set a new review of items to its discusion thread? Problem is for me, that users of tapatalks dont know about news reviews.

It would require custom development. It wouldn't be that hard for an experienced developer. You might want to check the suggestions forum to see if there is an exsiting suggestion for it (go ahead and bump it and like it if there is), if there isn't, then you should create a new suggestion thread asking for it.
