Implemented New Phrases: Navigation Tab Phrase names for Sportsbook and Betting Exchange

as per title, New Phrases for the Navigation Tabs 'Sportsbook' and 'Betting Exchange'.

Currently both use SHARED phrases and there are use cases that require only the TAB NAME be to renamed.

Sportsbook Tab Phrase: nflj_sb_nav_tab_sportsbook

Betting Exchange Tab Phrase: nflj_sb_nav_tab_betting_exchange
