First thing to check is if you have the permission set...
Then in the Article Tools dropdown, there will be a link named "Manage pages" (highlighted in the screen shot).
That will take you to the Manage pages interface in which you can add pages, edit pages or delete pages for the article.
Note: You can save a page as "Draft" or "Visible". When you save a page as "Draft", it will only display in the Manage Pages area, not on the article itself (only Visible pages will actually be display on the article).
