Not Planned [XF1] More Custom Field Location - Above and Below Item Description

Not sure if this has been suggested before, can we add the options to show custom field above or below item description just like Resource Manager? see below image:

The location is already "above" when using tabs 1.5 for the location. You can use self place fields to locate them below in a certain tab if you want to.

I MAY consider new locations on the next MAJOR version, but for now, they are set and you can do pretty much anything with self place fields anyway.
