As per title, added some missing phrases pertaining to the new Featured Content Handler.

Also some typos in templates pertaining to Featured Content Handler.

Also some adjustments to the Featured Content Macros for Link Directory Items.

Also fixed an minor issue with inline moderation pertaining to Featuring and Unfeaturing Link Directory Items.
