As per title, added some missing phrases pertaining to the new Featured Content Handler.

Also some typos in templates pertaining to Featured Content Handler.

Also some adjustments to the Featured Content Macros for Items and Series.

Also fixed an minor issue with inline moderation pertaining to Featuring and Unfeaturing Items and Series.
