Updated Manage Contributors/Co-Owners: New Option - Disable Self join contributors team

As per title, I've updated the Manage contributors/co-owners function to include a new option that allows Item Owners and Staff to disable the self join contributors team for a given item. This option only appears if the item is in a category that allows members to self join contributors teams.

Note: This was funded by @cdub
