How to remove custom field text in template?

I embedded the YouTube clip into the custom field using the "hack" ... but the one interface tweak I'd still love to do is to remove the text of the custom field next to it when it gets displayed... for example:



The "YouTube URL:" above... how can I remove the text? Is it possible? I've peered through the templates and couldn't figure out how.

Hiding the Title can be done via Extra.css
