How to get images on the front page?

Mine is showing up with just one..


I placed two items in the category..

here I have them set at 350x225

Thanks one more thing my image do not change or cycle on page refresh how do you do that?

Featured items are pulled random, so the order should change. If not, it could be that the page is being cached fairly aggressively. The slider won't work until you have more items to display... I have the one here set to 25 items, so it enables the slider.
