Implemented Filter: Content state

    I've added a new Filter that lets moderators filter the items list by the state of the content (Visible, Moderated, Deleted).

    This filter is only available to Moderators that have the Showcase Moderator permissions View Moderated Items and or View Deleted Items.

    Here is what the new filter looks like. Lets choose "Deleted"

    And here you can see that the items listing is filtered by soft deleted items only.
