    Any way to add the featured slider on a modular page?

    AMS includes a Widget Definition for "Featured Articles". That Widget Definition has several display options, one of which is Carousel.

    The XF Widget Ssytem allows you to displays a widget in ANY widget location OR self placement, by editing ANY template and adding the widget key to the widget helper template code.

    If you are asking about AMS Modular Index, the entire purpose of that is to display widgets, so YES, you can create a Featured Article Slider and add it to AMS Modular Index.
