Allow the Bet Close date to be edited when in "Pending" or "Open" or "Accepted" status.
When a bet is in "Pending" or "Open" status, its nice to be able to edit the bet to extend the Close date in certain situations so that the bet does not expire.
When a bet is in "Accepted" status, its nice to be able to edit the bet to set the close date to present in order to put the bet into an "Awaiting" status so that the bet can be settled now vs waiting until the close date that was originally set.
NOTE: you CAN NOT set a date/time in the PAST. If you are wanting to set the date so you can put the bet into an awaiting state, you must set the date/time to present + 1 minute.
