As per title, comments posted by ignored members are being displayed in Latest Comments Widgets instead of being removed from the result set as is with all other UBS Widget Definitions and UBS Content Types.

Also, comments posted on blog entries in which the Blog Entry Owner or Blog Owner are being ignored are also being display in Latest Comments Widgets instead of being removed from the result set as is with all other UBS Widget Definitions and UBS Content Types.

Both of these minor issues have been resolved in UBS 2.3.2.
