Good Morning,

now for me it is so that the comments section is always closed when a user has created an item.
i have to unlock it manually.

what´s wrong for me?

probably a bug. going to move this post into the bugs forum for troubleshooting.
 
It´s the same when a user edit his own item, after that the comments section is closed.
