Implemented Change Update Reply Date

As per title, the ability to change the reply date of a given reply to an Item Update.

This is a permissions driven moderator feature. The viewing moderator must have the permission to edit any item.




Clicking on the Change date link launches an overlay that lets you set the new Update date, time and timezone.




Note: You can not set the reply date older than the Item Update Date. If you do, it will throw an error.

Note: You can not set an update into the future. If you do, it will throw an error.


That's it. Its just a moderator tool to change a date, nothing more, nothing less.
