Implemented Category Image for items w/o images

This option was a paid for customization that the client has opted to donate to the addon.

Each Category now has a field to store the name of an image uploaded to a specified directory ( /styles/default/nflj/showcase/category_images )

This is used for items that do not have at least one image uploaded to the items Gallery.

If you do not designate at Category Image, /styles/default/nflj/showcase/category_images/no_image.png will be displayed for Items that do not have at least one image uploaded to the items Gallery
