Implemented Allow default values when creating events.

Would love to be able to set default values here:

Default is: 0, 1, 0 as seen above.
Ours are 1, 1000, 1000000
Would save quite a bit of time for heavy sports books such as mine. (We average 20-40 events a day sometimes)

This has been implemented.

There are 3 new options located at the bottom of the Sportsbook General Options Tab that let you set DEFAULT amounts that will be displayed when first landing on the Event Edit page. This comes in handy for cases where you have specific standards for all your events.

The default options settings are the same as was default on the form before this change, so those that don't want to use this, just leave it alone and it will be the same as before!

NOTE: these values are just "PRE SET" values, not HARD values, so yes, you can CHANGE then (someone just asked me, so I figured I'd point that out now).




And here you can see the Event Edit page with the values PRE SET based on the options.

Adding this has cut our mass event creation time by 50%.
