Not Planned AD Credits Integration

Would like support for the upcoming AD Credits addon whereby we can assign users to participate in a 'special paid comp' for X AD Credit Points.

Similar idea for Survivor too.

I *think* what he is getting at is having a subset of users that have paid to enter a pool be able to win AD credits but other usergroups that enter are ineligible for the AD credit rewards.

Pretty much I guess like the mini-pool within a pool functionality stuff but rewards are different.

Dont want this anymore as i stopped using AD Credits.
