Ability to move content between add-ons

Is there any easy way to move content between the Articles add-on and something like the Reviews add-on?
I have had a few users that have created articles and the items would have been more appropriate as a review. I have asked the user to recreate the content in the reviews section, but it would be so much easier if there was a way to move items like that between add-ons, so I was wondering if there was an easy way to do that and keep the original authors information present.

The only "thing" available is using the Convert content type to thread function, then convert thread to content type function.

Other than that, you need to write an importer for EACH content to content as they will all be slightly different.

Worked like a champ. I created a special node just for use for this now.
This was what first came to mind but for some reason I kept overlooking the convert thread to RMS in the actual threads moderation.
