While posting an FAQ, the automatic post in the associated discussion thread is not properly rendering due to a missing phrase

This has been resolved in IMS 2.3.8.

I've added a new phrase and modified the create service to use this new phrase to properly render the phase into text/bbcode for the post message when the post is created (does not update existing posts).

Note: This will not edit any existing posts, this is only applicable when any new FAQ's are created. You should manually edit those posts or delete them.

You can create a temp phrase until the next IMS release.
