    start a convo with me and provide me with Admin CP login credentials to your site (I'll need at least Manage Sportsbook admin permission as well as Admin Permission for the [bd] widget Framework). It will take me a few minutes to troubleshoot myself vs HOURS having to swap messages and GUESS based on asking dozens of questions about settings, dates, permissions etc..
